I am writing this letter of recommendation for Showhomes, St. Paul. Showhomes has staged my house beginning February 1, 2010 and installed a home manager at the same time. I am very pleased with what has been accomplished thus far. The house looks great! I have visited the house twice in the last month and the home manager is keeping the house clean and neat and in ready to show condition as promised. I now have a house that presents and markets wonderfully both in person and on the internet. in addition, Showhomes has been conscientious, responsible and respectful in our business dealing and they have earned my trust. Being a Home Manager has been the ideal next step following graduation. I live with my friends in great homes, neighborhoods, and with beautiful furniture. In the future I hope to own a home and this opportunity is preparing me for the next transition. I know what I want and what to look for in a property not to mention endless realtors I could contact. For the time being I am living in a space I can only dream of owning some day while saving money to get there at the same time. I love being a Home Manager for Showhomes. I got to go shopping with Denise and pick out inexpensive, durable things that will last me forever and follow me from each Showhome to Showhome. The best thing is, that Denise is such a pro that She knows all the good deals. I know that I got the best bang for my buck!

Showhomes was a great decision for us. Our home is now closing and my wife and I feel that using Showhomes to stage the property was a large contributing factor to the sale. The before and after pictures are proof as to what a transformation it was. My agent, Michael Lynch, has concerns about buyers being able to understand the layout of the house; after Denise and her staff's magic there was a different atmosphere created. WE were so impressed. My wife wanted to move back in and keep all the stuff Denise Staged the house with.
The process was simple. After we sat down to discuss the contract and it was signed, the turnover was quick. The Home Manager living in my property took great care of the house. We never has a problem with them. They always had the house looking great and we hosted a open house nearly every Sunday. If you take them on (Showhomes), I know you will have your listing in good hands.
I honestly feel the value invested compared to what we received in return was more than worth it. I'd refer them to any seller and would use their service in efforts to sell again.

We were delighted with the look -- and so were the potential Buyers. We had 9 showings and 7 Open House guests -- all within 3 days -- and we got a quality purchase agreement! Meanwhile, there were 2 dozen other homes in the price range (including 3 homes for sale within 2 blocks) that did not receive purchase agreements. We are convinced again: Quality staging with Showhomes can make the difference!
